Pursuant to the Bill, the main task of the Temporary Inquiry Panel shall be the verification of legitimacy of "Mezhyhiria" Governmental Residence lease to V.F.Yanukovych and allotment to the citizens of the trustworthy information on this matter.
Borys Anatoliyovych Shyyanov was elected the Panel Chairman and Volodymyr Ihorovych Ariev - the Panel Deputy Chairman.
Before the voting, Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared that "In case the resolution is adopted, it will be signed and published only when all the candidates are submitted as the draft resolution demands. I insist lest there are other versions concerning the matter."
A relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No 5354.
